Getting started is easy. Fill in the short form and we’ll be in touch via email within 24 hours. We’ll share available trial class times so you can get started right away.
Right now, Merit Tutoring focuses on Mathematics and English for Year 1–10. We’re building more subjects over time, but our current resources and group sessions are designed to help students strengthen their maths skills and confidence.
Once you sign up, your child can attend a free group class and see how the gamified learning works. Continue only if you love it — there’s no lock-in. If you’d prefer 1-on-1 sessions, you can start a paid 1-on-1 plan anytime.
It depends on how much support your child needs. Group Classes (from $29/week) offer weekly live tutor guidance with gamified learning during class and homework challenges after. 1-on-1 Classes (from $59/week) provide the same with dedicated individual attention, fully personalised pace, and flexible scheduling. When we get in touch, we’ll recommend what suits your child best based on what you’ve shared.
We currently support Year 1 to Year 10. Our content and classes are designed for students and focus on building confidence and strong foundations.

👨🏫 Group Sessions
In the weekly class, a tutor goes over the weekly concepts, checks understanding, and helps students ask questions in a supportive small-group environment. Students engage with gamified learning materials during class and get gamified homework challenges to reinforce learning after.
Most weekly group sessions run for around 45–60 minutes, depending on the year level and topic.
We understand things come up. If you let us know with at least 24 hours notice, we’ll do our best to help with options depending on availability. Your child can still complete their gamified homework challenges during the week.
